Unable to claim check-in rewards

I didn't receive the check-in rewards in Battlefield 6. I played for seven days but didn't get anything. I checked my inbox, and there's nothing there either. The Twitch rewards also didn't come through. Please help me resolve this so I can enjoy Battlefield 6 better.How can I fix this? Please help me.
