Unresolved rewards, Missing compensation, DLCs, and Twitch drops

Hello EA, This message is to report several ongoing issues that are affecting many players, not just me. A large number of us haven’t received compensations, DLCs, or promised content despite fulfilling all requirements. Below I’ll describe the main issues — chances are, if you’re reading this, you’ve experienced one or more of them too.


1 EA App launch compensation missing
Many players affected during the EA App launch never received the reward bundles (12 XP boosts and 12 weapon boosts) nor the Battle Pass (Pass 1 or Pass 2 for Phantom Edition owners). We’ve opened tickets, waited days (even weeks), and received emails claiming the issue was “resolved,” yet the content is still missing. If you’re frustrated, you’re not alone — it’s disappointing to feel ignored after so long.

2 Code redemption issues
Speaking from experience: I have several open tickets related to redeemed DLC codes that were confirmed as activated (with correct date and validation by support), but the content does not appear in my account. The redemption system seems to be failing to deliver or link the content properly.



3 Missing Twitch drops
Even with accounts correctly linked and active, many players have not received their Twitch drops in the in-game mailbox. This includes Beta drops, August drops, and the RedSec drops.
All conditions were met — but the items never arrived.



4 “Wicked Grin” skin locked
The free blue skin offered in the store with the launch of Season 1 (“the ugly blue skin,” as many call it) was successfully claimed, yet it still appears locked in our inventories.



5 Phantom Edition DLC not delivered
Players who purchased the Phantom Edition still haven’t received their Phantom DLC content, even though Season 1 has already begun and that content should have been available since day one.





Possible common cause
All these issues seem to share a connection to the in-game message and reward delivery system, which is apparently not crediting or distributing content properly.

Request
EA, please provide an update on these known issues. Simply stating that “you’re aware” or that the issues are “under investigation” is not enough. We need a clear response and an actual fix.

Silence is uncomfortable.
The community has been waiting for weeks for content and rewards that should already be available. We would appreciate an honest update and transparent communication about the status of these problems.


We understand that technical problems can happen, but weeks of silence without updates only worsens the community’s frustration. At this point, even a clear confirmation that the issue is being actively investigated — and an estimated timeline — would help rebuild some trust.

  • Same repeated response. Pretty disgusted how its being treated. If they just apologized and didn't promise any compensation I would have been fine with that. Keep getting flaky emails then saying to continue this start a chat but there is no option in their website that I can find where to do this. Customer satisfaction does not exist with EA

  • also can't get the rewards i did like 5 support request and i got 1 for now that is going far but for the other requests i get the same anwser and when i ask on their discord i get ignored . So idk i think we are never getting those rewards .
