Same repeated response. Pretty disgusted how its being treated. If they just apologized and didn't promise any compensation I would have been fine with that. Keep getting flaky emails then saying to continue this start a chat but there is no option in their website that I can find where to do this. Customer satisfaction does not exist with EA
