Hello!
I'm sad to say that I have contacted EA support now 3 times.
1st ticket was closed with some basic guide "here you will find your bonuses"
2nd ticket was escalated to dev team which closed the ticket and informed me with this message:
"The EA app issue that stopped players from accessing Battlefield 6 has been fixed. Thanks for your patience while we worked on it.
Anyone impacted by this issue should now have rewards in their inbox. Impacted players got:
- 12 Hardware
- 12 Career 60-minute Boosters
- full access to a Season 1 Battle Pass.
If you bought the Phantom Edition, you’ll get Season 2’s full Battle Pass.
To check your inbox, select the EA logo in the bottom-right of the main menu, then choose the Inbox tab. "
After his I booted my game 2 times and still nothing. No boosters and no battle pass.
3rd ticket: I explained I work as IT engineer myself and know pretty well why these issues could happen.
What I think happened:
I participated to Early invitational beta by Steam client and played over 10 hours.
I was able to use one of those 12+12 xp boosters and next time I looked to activate one those were all gone --> Someone at Dice / EA added filter where players with hours of played in Steam are not eligible for this bonus.
I got confirmation my friend who was in Battlefield LABS and bought the game from EA launcher has the exact 100% same issue.
I have been spending now 4 hours in support queue / explaining this situation on forums and I was spending 4 hours waiting for bug fix when my friends from Steam were playing happily.
Took even a day off from work for the launch.
I understand technical difficulties are sometimes really hard to figure out but I hope you can give us who suffered the most a little bit better compensation for the troubles.

Sorry for not explaining my core issue at the beginning:
- I received 12+12 exp boosters
- Used 1 booster
- Next time when tried maybe the next day there was no more those boosters
- My battle pass is not activated at all even when it was promised after disaster launch and after my 2nd ticket which was escalated. - thurios892 months agoSeasoned Traveler
