Weapon Challenge Unlocks Not Unlocking The Weapon

I have completed both of the bullet storm challenges. I have unlocked the M240L. But the KTS100 still remains locked. Same with the SG553R, KORD 6P67, and SCW-10. All of those are locked behind challenges I've completed. All of these issues started when they lowered the requirements for their respective challenges.

I have rebuilt the database, cleared the cache, reinstalled the game, all to no avail. Please fix these challenges.
