weapon parts description is wrong

Hi! 

It seems that weapons parts description doesn't actually reflect weapons stats changes, the descriptions for underbarrel for instance are almost identical, none of them suggest that one can improve precision while moving during aiming down sight instead some parts seem to enhance precision while moving (also knowing based on the picture that those same parts did bring improvement back in 2042), I think you should probably check again all descriptions!

VERY IMPORTANT I suggest you to link the files that modify parts modifiers to the description so that when you want to balance parts it automatically changes the description and graphs or else you'll end up like call of duty where graphs and number soon don't respect changes!
