Weekly Challenges Counter stays on 9/10 after completing all

Still the same as of 1.1.2.0

Only difference now is Week 4 is the first week for me with full 11/11
I rerolled one Quest in week 4 otherwise didn't do anything different.

I think it might have to do with Tracked Challenges, if you complete one it gets stuck at 10/11
