Weird Performance Issue

When I first boot up BF6 my first game will run fine at 250+ FPS and will play smoothly sometimes with no issues. Then when I get into the next match I start geting 100-190 FPS with some semi constant stutters. Sometimes it's playable but sometimes I can notice screen tearing and other things that begin to irritate my eyes. It will sometimes fix itself every couple games but most of the time it goes right back to it after the game that it "fixed" itself on.
