What is wrong with EA regarding the rewards

Many of us are still missing at least one of them:

EA APP outage compensation rewards

Daily login rewards

Twitch rewards

Let alone providing a solution, I suspect they even read our complaints on this or that platform . I mean, what is wrong with you EA guys? Just say it if you lied about your imaginary fixes, and let us move on. No need to be scared lol.
