XP boosters and season pass compensation are missing

I didn’t receive the compensation either

same, i have had an email and now a notification in game/portal about it but no compensation yet in game, i sat in portal on release going through forums and reddit and watching the battlefields x account to see if there was an update to this issue,   

I have exactly the same situation as the person who created the post, can anyone from EA App or Battlefield comment on this?

i am in the same boat. was gonna start a support ticket but wanted to search if anyone is having the same issue

I also had this issue, was disappointed on release, pleased to see the compensation and then no compesnation? Any luck anyone?

im in the same situation!! i want my compensation please! i played 2-3 rounds in portal but it is nothing compared to the full experience.

i dunno if its because i played like 1 hour in portal...but getting the full experience i paid 150$ canadian money 7 hours later than the release time...

i never payed that much money for a single game....

I'm waiting now too, and I can see that I'm going to come away empty-handed. One thing I've noticed is that I've talked to 10 people now, and none of them have received anything, but they all uninstalled and reinstalled their game yesterday when it wasn't working. Maybe it has something to do with EA not compensating people who uninstalled it. 

Sadly i didnt receive my compensation too.

Could please someone investigate this?

i have the same problem didnt get anything and i pre ordered and pre loaded the phantom edition and wasnt able to play for hours

Same story here. Was able to start a portal game, but multiplayer and campaign was not active. No email, no notifications no nothing. 

I have the same issue I did not do portal was just waiting until I could get in. I hope they are on the way and don't get forgotten.

I'm in the same boat. Had to repair the game multiple times and uninstalled/reinstalled it twice to get it to work. Did not even now about this until a couple of minutes ago.

Didn't get anything, even that I have submitted a report to EA contact after 3 hours unable to play the game. I send them screenshots with the error. Hopefully they will send the reward to everyone who was unable to play. 

Same here, they may have fixed the issue and rolled something out for compensation but maybe there was a hiccup in that too. May have to wait for Monday unfortunately. N3XU589​ 

They said it would come during the weekend. Mine is almost over. Has anyone actually received them yet?

Same for both me and my brother, we pre-ordered at the same time, and non of us has received anything yet. By the looks of it, no one has gotten any compensation 

Same as well, I can see the in-game message about the XP boosters, but I can't claim them even though I waited 6.5 hours at launch after 700k people were already playing it. 

Has anyone received their compensation? I too preordered and preloaded the game before release through the EA app and had the "missing content" issue. I've checked my in game inbox and XP screen and I see nothing. It's unfair honestly. Weekend is almost over for me as well.

I still havnt received it either...... When are they adding it to our accounts?

I didnt get 12 packs also, just waiting for them...
