Battlefield 6 Open Beta rewards missing — request for studio team review

Hello,

I completed the Battlefield 6 Open Beta reward challenges in August 2025 while playing through the EA app. The Beta still appears in my EA app library, and I have a screenshot showing my playtime.

I later purchased Battlefield 6 on Steam, which is linked to my EA account. However, none of my Beta rewards have ever appeared in the full game.

I contacted EA Help under case #250370726. The latest advisor ended the chat without confirming whether my Beta progress or reward eligibility had been checked.

Could a Battlefield community manager please advise whether this issue can be reviewed by the studio team responsible for Beta reward entitlements?

I can provide screenshots of my EA account, linked Steam account, and Beta playtime.
