Help, skins from the Battle Pass are not appearing.

I bought Battle Pass Pro through EA, but I'm playing on Steam. Half of the skins have appeared, but the other half haven't. It shows checkmarks indicating I've received them, but they're actually loc...

I have the same problem. The battle pass progress shows that the skin is unlocked, but the skin is locked in the appearance change menu.
