Yeah, i tried several times to adress a request to support, every time the next day i just found the ticket missing, it has never been created.
Now i dont even have an option to write a ticket. EA scammed me for 30 euros to "upgrade" my phantom edition BF6 pre-order which was already the most expensive option in the first place. I bought it because multiplayer was locked without it. They dont send the money back and dont even let me report about it. Sure it was the last time i bought anything from this broken company.
