Can't play CFB Playoffs Prologue Challenge

It doesn't matter if I edit my lineup. It doesn't matter if I choose best team overall and let it make a lineup for me. It doesn't matter what I do I cannot play the college football playoffs prologue challenges that are needed to complete the scavenger hunt. This is ridiculous since I've done most of the other ones and was trying to finish it before college football 26 drops. This needs to be addressed ASAP. Says cannot process request at this time, and then it makes you lose connection to EA servers...
