[Resolved] CUT Challenges Giving Server Error

Alex Raynor: “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.”

Grand Rush (and all succeeding locked challenges): 

“Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.”

Legends: Bowl Legends

Wes Welker: 

“Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.”

Please, for the love of God, fix your game! It’s been like this for at least 2 weeks, no resolution. I mean it’s been how many years of doing football games, and you still can’t figure it out?

    Hey, folks

    If you are running into issues with errors during specific challenges, please list the following information for Me:

    • EA ID/Steam ID
    • Platform
    • Which console generation do you have? 
    • What is your Gamertag/PSN ID? 
    • Date/time issue occurred?
    • Summarize your bug 
    • What type of issue do you have? 
    • Which mode has this happened in? 
    • Which part of the mode?
  • i get the same error message at all 3 challenges.

    i have 5 stars at the Alex Raynor challenge, but i am not be able to play this challenge currently.

    every time I try to play any game mode

    no matter what mode I attempt to play (dynasty, road to cfp, ultimate team (solo or multiplayer)) the game will not load. I get a variety of error messages (server cannot process is most common) or sometimes no error at all and just an endless loading screen and drumline. Sometimes it crashes the game altogether and I have to send report through PlayStation. 

    it’s to the point I can’t play the game in any mode, online or offline. Crazy bug, because I can still navigate all the menus and buy cards in UT! Get it together EA!

    This issue was reported as resolved. I see a few players are getting a similar error again when accessing challenges.

    I spun up a new thread on CUT Challenges Server Error issues around this. If you are running into an issue with this, please post the following info on that thread

    • EA ID/Steam ID
    • Platform
    • Which console generation do you have? 
    • What is your Gamertag/PSN ID? 
    • Date/time issue occurred?
    • Summarize your bug
