Unable to load game

After selecting CFB25 from my Xbox Home Screen, I get to the view with the players in the tunnel. The progress indicator dots move for a bit, then the game crashes and returns me to the Xbox Home Screen. I never get to Press Any Button or the EA bumper. 

I’ve reinstalled and reset my Xbox One S. Madden loads fine.
