I have beat the university of Buffalo twice with the university of Massachusetts, once to unlock Sam the minuteman, and the other time in a road to glory playthrough, and nether time has the trophy been added to my trophy room. I am playing via steam. I have unlocked mascots, conference championship trophies, and a bowl game trophy, so I am confused why it happens with the rivalry trophy

I've played the flagship cup game like 6 times and it won't give me the trophy

This happened again in a online dynasty. I have the notification saying I got the trophy, and than I don't have it in my trophy room. Happened on 7/29 at 9:37 pm. EA id is KBHNMPDIW9TG. This one in a online dynasty. Only thing I did was replay the game 4 times after starting bad in the game. Platform is steam.

Follow up: It is just this rivalry. I have won the army navy game trophy, and have won this game with both teams. I won in a cloud dynasty and it still has not given me it

This is an issue on PS5 too, other trophies work correctly for me, but the UMass vs Buffalo doesn’t show up. Even after trying multiple suggested fixes.

I’ve been experiencing trophies, not going to my trophy room after I win a rival game or even a national championship this is very frustrating. I like you to please fix this now. And on the bottom right of my screen after I win a game that’s for a trophy it says unlocked, but it’s not there once I go to my trophy room EA can you please fix this problem for me? This has been happening on off-line dynasty time. I’ve played five rival games for a trophy and I’ve gotten one of them. My username is. caz500-jezupke on PS5 please fix this

Exact same thing happened to me, except for some weird reason, only the Flagship Cup between Buffalo and UMass didn’t unlock. It’s very frustrating as I’ve tried many possible solutions, none have worked. I hope this gets fixed ASAP.

The same thing happens to me. And when I try on play now, not even the trophy notification shows up.
