Keep getting error code 2631071469:s on PS5 tried things the EA chat told me too to no avail. Please can this be looked at.

I've been get the exact same problem pal it's pretty frustrating isn't it I've also got through troubleshooting ea told me to see if that fixes no luck at all only thing I've not to is completely wiping my ps5 to see if that fixes it yeah I no an absolutely pain doing so but if it's a bug I'd amigine doing that will fix i got told that anyway hopefully you find a solution yourself mate
NAT type 3 is the reason there's server error to run the game you need 1 or 2 this mean the Internet is to slow
