My Team Driver Market

Hi, I am into my second season of ‘My Team’ on F1 24. For some reason, I am unable to sign a new secondary driver to my team. In the ‘Drivers Market’, there is no option to attempt to sign a driver. It doesn’t allow me to do anything. I am stuck with the same driver on my team that I chose from the beginning of My Team career. I have seen that other players have reported the same issue but it is still not fixed. Please do fix this. I do not wish to buy F1 25 if this same issue is to be on that game. 

Any help?
