Unable to access "F1 25" Pre-Order Bonuses in "F1 24"

I have pre-ordered F1 25 Iconic Edition, which comes with F1 25 liveries pack for "F1 24". However, I am not able to access them after I have install all the required updates, DLCs, patches or files. In the official site, EA Sports states that the person who pre-ordered the F1 25 Iconic Edition can access those bonus "immediately" / "now". Therefore, these bonuses should be able to access once I have make the order. I believe that is a bug.

Device: Xbox Series S
Patch Version: 1.19.1222678

As you can see at the bottom, I have already installed the new liveries park add-ons.

    I'm on XBOX Series X and I have the same issue. There was a thread opened in the new F1 25 section and they acknowledged it's an XBOX issue and that it's being investigated but they marked it resolved and now I cannot access the F1 25 section at all.
