2 player career bugs

Been happening the last 2 games and seems to never be looked into, half the races in a season end up bugging out, for example, in las vegas we qualied 2nd and 3rd, but myself and colapinto in first start the race a lap down and can't do anything without recieving penalities for ignoring blue flags as soon as i overtake, in brazil i qualify in 7th but when the race starts ive been pushed to the back of the grid. These are just 2 examples of things that keep happening, patch it NOW!!!!!! hows it not been fuxed over 2 games, ruins the game and losing interest in it
