My husband purchased F1 25 for my son on his account. However, my son actually plays on my account.
Over the last few days, I have spent 3 hours on chat with various different people who have now told me that they can't help anymore and to try posting here.
The guys on EA chat merged my husband's and my account and I can see the game in my library but cannot get it to download as it tells me I do not own the game. It has been 4 days since accounts were merged.
Can anyone help? Can't help thinking this is some con to make us buy it again....
