When trying to do a mid session save on F1 25 it says: Failed to save, do you want t retry? And when I press retry, the same message comes up.

Also, could you go into your system and delete the current mid-season save to see if this continues happening?

I have started a new save and exactly the same thing happens. As soon as I try a mid session save, it says save failed and won’t let me do anything else. This makes career mode impossible to play and it seems likes it a problem with the whole game rather than just one save.
