When trying to do a mid session save on F1 25 it says: Failed to save, do you want t retry? And when I press retry, the same message comes up.

Same here on PS5
Saving during a race is only possible as long as the safety car or pitstop doesn't appear. If one does, saving in the career mode mid-race is no longer possible. Loading the game will then corrupt the save. But if you finish the race, the game will be saved properly AFTER the race.
