Career mode save failed

When trying to do a mid session save on F1 25 it says: Failed to save, do you want t retry? And when I press retry, the same message comes up.

I’m having this issue on PS5 as well, sometimes it works a few times then stops allowing me to save. Most times it doesn’t work at all. Could I share my game save with you guys as well?

    I'm still having this issue for almost a month. I miss my career..
