Drivers with same three letter shorthand don’t change

As the title suggests, drivers who share the same three letter code will keep it no matter if there’s a clash. For example, I have Richard Verschoor and Max Verstappen both on the grid, and both of them are “VER”, which wouldn’t happen irl.
