Hello EA Support,
I'm receiving the following error when launching F1 25 for the first time:
"This software cannot be used at the same time as the game (84): Interception"
I’ve already taken all recommended troubleshooting steps:
- Interception driver fully removed (wasn't even present)
- All Razer Synapse software uninstalled
- Clean boot tested (only Microsoft services active)
- EA AntiCheat uninstalled, reinstalled cleanly
- Game and launcher run as administrator
- Temporary network deactivation tested
Despite all these efforts, the error persists. I believe this may be a false positive triggered by EA AntiCheat.
Please assist in resolving this issue.
