The same thing happened to me. Super frustrating. For me, I was racing as Cadillac, so I don't know if it's just Cadillac or maybe other teams. My platform was PC; the report code was SSLS-KCPL-MDBS-LSCD, session type: FP1, Sprint Qualifying, and Qualifying. After that, I just had AI sim the rest of the race weekend.
