Racing in Singapore in driver career and the battery deployment is bugged. In qualifying, I left boost mode ON for the whole lap and the battery wouldn’t deplete past 60% and the there was no speed gained with boost mode on. In the race, with boost on the whole lap, battery doesn’t deplete lower than 70%. This makes the player totally uncompetitive at this track.

EA_cuervo With respect, just ask the devs to play a race in Singapore! The bug is present every race on the track. No report code or anything else needed. As the original poster said, the battery won't deplete lower than 70%. It is not that hard to investigate the bug.
I can confirm this on PlayStation, both in MyTeam and Driver Career modes. Oddly enough tho, it makes me a beast on the track, as it seems the AI cars also can't use boost, and can't deploy more battery charge.

The same thing happened to me. Super frustrating. For me, I was racing as Cadillac, so I don't know if it's just Cadillac or maybe other teams. My platform was PC; the report code was SSLS-KCPL-MDBS-LSCD, session type: FP1, Sprint Qualifying, and Qualifying. After that, I just had AI sim the rest of the race weekend. My team has the same problem. It happens in races and qualifying. It looks like the boost mode isn't working. So far, it's only happening in Singapore. The AI can use the boost mode. It's impossible to race on the track; you have no choice but to give up.
It works normally in Grand Prix mode.

Yeah this is totally broken. It’s as if boost doesn’t do anything at all, you’re laughably slow down all the straights compared to every other track. Overtake mode also doesn’t do anything and the battery deploys incredibly slow.

Could you share your platform, report code, session type, and whether this only happens at Singapore or if you have seen it at other tracks as well?
If possible, a short clip showing the battery behavior during qualifying would also be helpful.
