I had the same issue in F1 25 with “EA Account Required” / error 4112339850 (“signed out of EA account / online services error”).
In my case, the fix was doing a full Windows Network Reset:
Settings → Network & Internet → Advanced network settings → Network reset
After restarting the PC, the game connected to EA online services normally again.
