F1 25 career mode frozen and won’t let me drive the car out of garage

On 2 play career mode with my friend. Going into a session all it does is just let me look around, click go to track but after clicking ok it doesn’t let me drive out of the garage. Yes I already closed the game out, restarted and shut down the system. Very frustrating!!
