To help the team identify what could be causing this, can you please get us a report code?
You can get it from the Pause menu, bottom left of the screen; it looks like ABCD-EFGH-IJKL-MNOP). Codes are always letters, so if you think something is a "2," it might be a "Z," or if you think it might be a "0," then it will be an "O."
