Held in Pit, Extra 20s

Screenshots of pit release assist, simulation settings, rules/flags and career settings are attached with a link to to a video of my teammmate or myself being held up in the pits.

Edit: I tried without the pit release assit on and they still got held up when there was space for them to rejoin. There was a pitstop error heforehand as you can see in the Video here.

Reattching the screenshot and the save file here as I can't upload a zip file. This is now more impacting my team mate more than me after turning the pit release assist off.

Would it be helpful if I sent mine as well? 2 player career, and the incident happened in the most recent race. It almost seems like the team is waiting for cars on track to pass the pit lane position in addition to the ones on track. I always seem to be released into nearly no traffic.

Any update regarding this? This is quite game breaking and I have another example here where my teammate looses 15 positions because of this game breaking bug. This is also impacting my rivarly as we are loosing out on points we would have otherwise been scoring.

I did see someone suggest in one of these topics is seems to occur after you upgrade your pit crew and vaguely remember not having this issues before I upgraded them.
