EA have been dead silent on this but have found the solution. Clear out your mailbox. It’ll take a while, but once it’s down to zero the problem disappears. Menus feel snappy again, not minutes and minutes waiting for the full screen communicating messages to stop. Insane.
Suffered through this issue in F1 24 which got progressively worse, assumedly because my inbox kept getting more and more messages.
You sir, are a legend. Finally a solution that works, at least for now. Unbelievable that EA has not addressed this across multiple versions of the game. EA we play games to relax and get away from things like checking emails
