Can any1 help me? I have the SF1000 wheel and it will not display telemetry on the LCD screen. I Google it and it says I need to select the 2023 UPD Format in the games telemetry settings which no longer exists. There is only 2024 2025 and 2026. I play on Xbox Series X and all the wheel base and wheels firmware is up to date. Thank you.

Même problème pour moi !
As-tu également un soucis avec la calibration du volant ? Je dois faire plusieurs tour de roue pour tourner à fond. Je n'ai rien changé à mes réglages et tout fonctionnait très bien avant .

You can fix the calibration by changing the wheel saturation to max.

Same here wheel sf1000, not just the telemetry… I cannot turn the wheel 100% its impossible to turn. Change every setting and it’s still at 40% max wheel rotation

same I have no idea why they would just remove a setting that is vital to many players

Why is this gone it is crucial for the sf1000 to work properly and now it does display anything is there a way to fix this?

Hey there,
Have you made sure you have set your UDP to 2026 in the menus?

Hey there,
Can you check if you have 2026 UDP set up in your telemetry options in the menus?
If you do, can you share a report code with us so the team can investigate?

Hello,
I don't want to hijack this topic, but i also don't want to make dozens of the same post.
I'm playing on xbox series x, thrustmaster ts-xw servo base and the ferrari sf1000 wheel add-on. My report code is DZDZ-PCHL-JRZR-JCLJ.For the telemetry to work, the official instructions of thrustmaster were to set the format to 2023 with a frequency of 60 hz. Has been so for a couple of games. With the new DLC, i can see that the wheel might need an update from Thrustmaster itself to be able to handle the new telemetry and display it correctly (but i don't have the technical knowhow to say that with certainty).
However, by removing the option to put the format to 2023, telemetry isn't even working on the 2025 cars anymore. And no other combination of format and frequency seem to work. That's very unfortunate for someone who hasn't bought the dlc yet.
Hope it's ok i replied here, if not, let me know and I'll make my own post.
Thanks in advance.
