Same here. Points are just gathering dust. Phase 4 didn't unlock any new upgrades either.
Running with myself and AI reduced r&d and money. On Season 4 everything is maxed out.
Reg changes don't affect the running order enough, probably due to the switch to money only to convert. Maybe the cost of upgrades needs to be increased on all fronts (r&d and adapting) as it's too easy to save all parts and the cost cap is nowhere close to being broken.
