Pit Lane Release

I keep running into a massive bug when being released from pit lane. I play my-team career mode on Xbox. At times, i am held for 5+ seconds after my pit stop is finished, for what appears to be no reason. I have tried flash backing, restarting my race and game, and even restarting my app and console, but i keep running into the same issue. Below is probably my worst example of this glitch. It is completely game breaking and it makes the game unplayable for me until it is fixed.
