PLS FIX COOP CAREER

playing coop career is now unenjoyable and barely playable.
Firstly, the game refuses to save our caracteres or helmets, reseting to random every session start, which wouldnt realy be a problem if there weren't constant game breaking bugs like:
starting grid being different from Qualy's results ( like being pushed from P1 to P20 without having received any penalties),  my friend and sometimes the bots starting an entire lap ahead of the grid, and even glitching out starting from the same position as another car.
All of these requiring the session to be restarted.
In the latest one the game disconnected mid session but didn't stop or warn any of us, leading to me finishing P2 and my friend P3, each in a different version of the same race, but the game only counting as me finishing last and a lap behind (Im game host). 

A bug here or there is somewhat tolerable, but it is getting to the point that I dont even wanna play anymore. Like, whats the point of trying hard to compete if EA is just gonna F me in the end.
