Hi Pounder_Ranger96, thanks for letting us know. Do you have a report code for one of the races where it happened? Also, if you're using a wheel, please let us know the make/model of the wheel.
HiEA_cuervo dont have report codes at the moment but have shared this thread out to gather some and will post codes when I encounter the issues again.
I use dualsense edge controller, but know other people who have had the same issue with standard dualsense controller, Logitech G923 wheel and some guys who use fanatec wheels but unsure of models.
