Similar issue. (Fanatec dd+) During races or time trials, the FFB suddenly cuts out, and nothing works except the throttle and brake pedals. The game only responds to wheel rotation and throttle/brake. Paddle shifters and other buttons on the wheel don't respond, and the LED screen freezes. To get the system working again, I have to turn it off and on using the button on the wheelbase.
