Team Career pit stops

Issue whereby pit stops for player and AI teammate are long and when green light activated to pull away the driver just sits there for around 10/20 seconds further. 
very frustrating it’s like the pit crew are holding the car but for no reason. Makes Team Career somewhat unplayable
