1. What difficulty level are you playing on?
2. Did this happen in the Movie Patch or after the v1.06 Patch release?
3. Can you share your report code with us?

I have the same problem, I take over control of the car with the objective already purple. Implying it is already done, but it never changes to a new objective.

I do the DT and nothing updates, it removes the DT penalty, but the objective still tells me that I need to "pit to serve penalty". I drove to the end of the race (won the race) only for me to be told I failed.
