I wouldn't say an investigation is needed, this issue was widely reported last year and never fixed. All anyone is after is a straight up answer, will you remove this from the console version of the games or not? If it's as simple as turning particles off on PC then that just needs to happen in the next patch/update for console. Really simple fix.
