Quest 3, RTX 4090, tried latest and 2 updates ago version of Nvidia drivers, i9 11th gen
Tried both Virtual Desktop and Quest link cable. Cable is slightly better. No ASW, meta software set to 80hz, 1.2 upscale.
Seems smoother at 80 or 90 Hz then 72hz
