The VR camera wobbling seemingly uncontrollably is happening for me as well. Sat in the car in the garage the VR camera wobbles a bit and seems like the camera just can't make its mind up where to put your head as you look around, almost like overly aggressive anti-clipping? At speed through corners, and through slow sharp corners where your head rotates and looks around it is absolutely at its worst. Again, hunch is it's some anti-clipping measure going bonkers.
