There seems to be a bug with wheel rotation in some online lobbies. I was doing open lobbies with a streamer, and every couple of races, it’s like my wheel rotation would become really slow. I use 300 degrees, but it feels like it jumps to more than 1080+. I haven’t really found a fix for this, but I was wondering if others have experienced it. The only other person I know who was having the issue in-game was also playing through the EA app.
Maybe it's an EA app issue?

I believe I’ve had this too. The wheel decides it doesn’t want to turn much at the start of some online lobbies. Force feedback seems to disappear too. I have to play about in menus and try and fix it, but then I drop positions. I play on PlayStation.
I have the same issue. 2 player career on PC, usually the first session after booting. FFB is gone and you hardly can steer.
I have to enable another controller profile and then switch back to my own profile to make it work.

Same issue for me. Playing on PC via steam, CSL DD.
Seems to happen when the AI starts driving the car and hands over control. For example at the start of an online qualifying session.
Turning the wheel has almost no effect and the FFB is dead.
I found a fix for now, I've had to pause - settings - controller settings - then just come out of the menus and resume race. For some reason this fixes it for me, as im getting it in offline modes aswell. Doesnt help the fact of getting it online, By the time you do this you are last and a few seconds behind
