Subject: Issue with +93 KKG SBC – No Upgrade Reward or Player Selection
Hello EA Team and FIFA Community,
I have completed the +93 KKG SBC twice. While I received the upgrade reward notification, the reward was not added to the upgrades section, and I wasn’t given the option to select a player. Additionally, I didn’t receive any of the promised packs or the upgrade item itself.
I contacted EA Support, and they advised me to report this issue here. However, I haven't received a proper response or solution so far.
Could you please investigate this issue and help resolve it? I put significant time and effort into completing this SBC and would really appreciate getting the rewards I earned.
