Career Mode Bug – Incorrect UCL Qualification (Premier League 2024/25)

Still the case 11 months & 2 whole games later!!! Completely ruins the fun and authenticity of live start points, if Liverpool finish 4th, they get their UCL spot stolen by Villa if they win the UEL and then Liverpool get wrongly put into the UEL, Sunderland get wrongly put into the conference league even if they finish 7th and everything pans out identical to real life. The fact they haven’t even addressed this is shocking, a glaring issue completely ignored while they spend time and resources adding useless features like manager live hub that adds absolutely nothing to the game, I don’t know a single person that has even considered playing that useless “addition”. What’s the point of having the licensing for UEFA if you can’t even get the basic rules right. Just this one small change would make such a massive difference, it’s these details and authenticity that the players care about, it might seem small but it’s absolutely game-breaking!!! Imagine playing a full season, finishing in a UEFA spot, planning for this, making signings with this in mind, then the draw roles around and you realise your not even qualified because the game runs on outdated rules that are completely wrong!!! I hope at the absolute minimum they can address this and fix it for the next game, otherwise it will be a definite no-purchase for me which is so frustrating because I badly want to play career mode with my favourite team but what’s the point if the game doesn’t work?!

Yep still happening on fc 26. EA can be so frustrating.

Same issue for me in FC 25 (Xbox Series S). Finished 4th with Crystal Palace and got into Europa League. 5 months later and not solved, disappointing...
