With me it happens when I’m trying to advance to the next game. It happened in two careers that I started recently, one about 5/6 days before the new update and the other the day after the update. In both careers I started with the live start thing, finished the season and then I had the crashes. On the oldest career the crashed happened in November, in the newer it happened even before my first game of the season, in July I think. Already tried everything except getting my ps5 to factory settings.
However, in a career I started around march, I tried simulating and advancing, and it did not crash. But I simulated everything, didn’t play any game, didn’t buy any player, etcetera. I was just trying to see if it crashed like in the newer ones. But as of right now, only the newer careers have been affected
