Community ManagerHey suhwan0828 a disconnection does not mean that the network dropped, it can simply be that you did not have the bandwidth to continue.
We cannot change the outcome of these but what we can suggest is to work on improving your connection so it does not continue: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/problems-playing-online/
